2000 – Present: Lerch Bates Ltd, IT Manager (Europe)

Responsible for the design, procurement, implementation and management of all IT systems. Supported growth from 18 employees in 2 offices to 60+ employees at 11 locations within the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Malaysia and New Zealand.

Management:

  • Working with the Directors to implement corporate IT strategy
  • Recruitment, training & management of user support personnel
  • Recruitment & management of developers
  • Planning & managing yearly IT budget. (From £50k in 2000 growing to £500k+)
  • Development & management of CSR policy and work towards ISO 14001
  • Additional support for Indian & Middle-Eastern offices. (Mumbai & Dubai)

  • Move from file servers to a virtualised SharePoint 2010 farm for collaboration.

Fulfilled this role in addition to the above. Conssero is a daughter company of Lerch Bates. Supported the company’s growth from 2 to 12 employees over 2 years;
